Here are four simple ThetaHealing steps that you can take to create an effective creative visualization process that works for you.
Step 1 – Establish Your Goal
Figure out what you want to have, who you want to be, or what goal you want to achieve. It can be finding a new love, landing a better job, or finding success in your business. If you start small, you can create a few wins and witness how powerful ThetaHealing visualization can be in attaining your heart’s desires. This is especially effective in eliminating procrastination.
Step 2 – Create a Detailed Picture of Attaining the Goal
You need to create a mental scene of your desired outcome as if it has already been achieved, being sure to visualize it as happening now. As you imagine the scene playing out, what do you see?
